All products are guaranteed to be defect-free. Each item is meticulously examined for quality before packaging for shipment. If you find a defect in your item, follow return instructions included with your order. Be sure to describe the defect on your return form and receive a full refund, including return postage.

Jewelry referred to as "Hypoallergenic" is intended to inform potential buyers that the product is made with materials known to be, by hypoallergenic definition, "below normal" or "slightly" allergenic. M Dawn Art cannot and will not guarantee that any product, or parts thereof, will not cause any individual an allergic reaction. M Dawn Art offers no warranties against allergic reactions of any kind. If you have allergies and you choose to purchase jewelry at M Dawn Art, you are doing so at your own risk. M Dawn Art is not responsible for any adverse or allergic reactions from the jewelry. If you have an allergic reaction to a product, you may return that product in accordance with M Dawn Art's Return Policy.

Yes. Simply enter your gift recipient's name and mailing address in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout.


ORDERING & SHIPPING

 

  • Orders are processed and ready to ship in 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery time varies based on your shipping address.
  • Jewelry ships FREE via USPS First Class Package.
  • Priority Mail Upgrade available for Jewelry.
  • Canvas Wall Art is shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • A tracking number will be provided in your Shipment Confirmation email.

  • Orders are shipped insured. If you believe your order has been lost in the mail, please track your shipment using the Tracking Number provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the tracking information indicates your order was delivered or tracking info is not regularly updating the progress of your package in transit, please contact the shipment carrier directly. (ex: USPS or FedEx)
  • If your order arrives damaged, please submit a ticket to Customer Care for assistance with an insurance claim.
  • M Dawn Art is not responsible or liable for orders that are lost or stolen, or damaged during transit. However, assistance will be provided to expedite your insurance claim.

Yes. Cancellation requests must be received within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel an order, submit a ticket to Customer Care.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and boxes.
  • Unless defective, Designer Clearance Sale items cannot be returned.

    Jewelry: Follow Return Instructions. Use included Prepaid Return Label.
  • $4.00 Return Postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Canvas Art: Follow Return Instructions. Prepaid Label Not Included.
  • You pay full postage fee to return. Receive refund of purchase price only.
  • After return, a $5.00 Coupon will be issued, good toward your next purchase.
  • QUALITY GUARANTEE

  • EXCHANGES

     If you would like to exchange an item, follow Return Instructions, included with your order, then place a new order for a new/different item.
